This is a video tribute to Zahra Baker. A 10 year old little girl who went missing in North Carolina.
In 2005 Zahra was diagnosed with bone cancer. It caused her to lose her leg and her hearing. In 2008, Zahra's dad Adam Baker began an online affair with a "woman" named Elisa. June 2008 he marries her. A few short months later in December, Adam moves with Zahra and Elisa to North Carolina. Adam takes a job with Real Tree Services in 2010. His job includes using a wood chipper. The wood chipper will come into play later. Over the years the family ends up moving from house to house, eventually settling into a house owned by Adam's boss.
Different people noticed trouble with Zahra. Over hearing Elisa saying how she was gonna teach the teens a lesson and whoop them. They always witnessed Elisa making Zahra walk up steep hills by herself because she knew it would hurt her leg.

On October 9th at 5:20 am, Elisa calls and reports a fire in their backyard. When police and fire get there, they discover a ransom note addressed to Mr. Coffey:
"Mr. Coffey, you like being in control who is in control now we have your daughter and your pot smoking red head son is next unless you do what is asked 1,000,000 unmarked will be in touch soon,"
"No cops"
The police and fire department leave, they never check on Zahra. At 1:59 pm Adam reports her missing. If you listen to the 911 recording, there is no urgency in Adam Bakers voice as he reports his 10 year old disabled daughter missing. Between 5:20 am when the backyard fire was reported and 1:59 pm, he never noticed his daughter missing?
On October 12th, a press conference is held. It is announced that the case has gone from a kidnapping to a homicide. On the 13th Elisa is charged with felony obstruction of justice. A cadaver dog detects the scent of human remains on a wood chipper and in a mulch pile during an investigation of Real Tree property.
DNA from the human remains found matched DNA taken from items inside the Baker home. The human remains are constant with that of a child.
On September 15th 2011, Elisa Baker pleaded guilty to second degree murder with aggravating factors that include desecrating of Zahra's body. Zahra's parents begged Elisa to tell them where the rest of Zahra's remains were. Elisa's lawyer said that his client was "truly sorry" for the all the pain she caused and pleaded guilty to help bring closure to Zahra's family and community. Elisa said Zahra died on September 24th. She was not reported missing until October 9th. You have to wonder if Adam Baker had anything to do with the death of his daughter. I cant begin to understand how you live in the same house as your child and your wife and never check on your child. Never wonder why you havent seen your child in weeks. In my mind he his every bit as guilty as Elisa maybe even more. He had every opportunity to remove Zahra from that environment and didnt.
