This past summer his "mom" Debralyn Holland and her live in boyfriend Earl Adkins have been charged in the death of Kyle. I was on Justice 4 Kyle Holland and read the good news and seen some pretty great pictures.
Earl is also being charged with one count of a dangerous animal causing death, possession with the intent to deliver or manufacture marijuana after the police found 15 marijuana plants in the basement of his home.
Mommy dearest, is being charged with manslaughter, second degree child abuse and being an accessory after a fact of a felony for helping dispose of the marijuana plants.
Finally there will be some justice for Kyle.
There was no justice for Kyle. They took a plea and will serve a little over 2 years. I guess that is how we value our children in this country...
ReplyDeleteI just read the sentencing and the fact that the chick is preggo again. It is a very hard thing, it's like the judge gave permission to all abusers to do whatever. It is not the justice that Kyle nor his family deserves. It makes me sick. I will be updating Kyle's story.
